We may request identity verification at any time using your National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Identity verification is a legal requirement and is also necessary to keep your account secure.

You may close your account at any time. If there are any active bets or remaining balance at the time of closure, they will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.
